Test Overview

 

Connecticut uses the CMT and CAPT to assess students achievement in relation to the performance standards expectations.

CMT Connecticut Mastery Test assess all students grades 3-8 in math, reading, and writing and grades 5 and 8 in science.

(CAPT) Connecticut Academic Performance Test assess all students in grade 10 in math, reading, writing, and science.
